		<description>Thank you so much for your kind words about my little talk.  It was great fun to be with David and Alec and a great, great pleasure to talk about Paris pastries.  Sometimes I think the only thing that comes within a mile of being almost as good as eating wonderful pastries is talking about them with people who share your love of them.</description>

"The recipes for French pastries have been passed on from generation to generation" Even with the bread! I'm going to ask my friend about a pastry shop I believe he went to while he was in Paris. He sent me a picture and the place looked INCREDIBLE!!!</description>
