My Every Day Smoothie

I have to share my every day green smoothie with you.

I know you've seen a million recipes before, but this is how I like it best, first thing in the morning, after the gym, or as a perfect snack.

It makes my tastebuds sing, my energy bounce and my face glow.

My every day green smoothie:

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • large handful of ice
  • large handful of kale or spinach
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • tsp maca
  • tsp cinnamon
  • tsp raw cacao
  • stevia
  • scoop of protein powder*
  • organic vanilla extract

To make this a meal, add some nut butter, extra protein powder and a banana.

*I use an all natural Whey, Vega, Sun Warrior or currently Mediclear Thorne Plus to heal my gut (more on that on Monday)
