Ginger Cookie Smoothie

  • 2 scoops vanilla Nutrimeal
  • 1-2 cups nut milk
  • ice
  • tbsp molasses
  • tsp nutmeg
  • tsp cacao
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • stevia to taste
  • Fibergy *optional
Blend together and serve.

Ginger Cookie Latte

  • cup of brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 2 scoops vanilla Nutrimeal
  • tbsp molasses
  • tsp nutmeg
  • tsp cacao
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • stevia to taste
  • Fibergy *optional
Blend, heat if necessary, and serve.

Ginger Cookie Pudding

  • 2 scoops vanilla Nutrimeal
  • 1/4 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 tsp molasses
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • tsp cacao
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • stevia to taste
  • Fibergy *optional

Stir together in a small bowl and enjoy.
