Happy Halloween! Why not start the celebrations off early with some witchy lookin oats?
Rich in antioxidants, fibre, and protein, it will give you all the energy you need to haunt and flaunt this Halloween.
Witchy Matcha Oats
- 1/3 cup steel cut oats
- vanilla stevia (or sweetener of choice)
- tsp of matcha powder
- 1/3 cup egg whites
- Soak oats overnight in a small bowl - oats just covered in water.
- Heat up in a small pan on the stove, stirring frequently. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer.
- Add cinnamon, stevia, matcha and egg whites. Stir until whites are fully cooked in.
