Today I finally finished Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Guide program.
The program is 12 weeks long, but I started in February and completed the program at my own pace, combined with my own diet plan (with recent help from my amazing friend Kristin) and workouts with Jenny.
As you know I've been on a fitness mission since last year and taking my progress at my own pace.
October 2014-May 2015
I want to be really honest and tell you that it has not been easy. I still suffer from fatigue and Night Eating Syndrome on and off. I believe this is a result of the high levels of stress I experienced in the past few years, so I am constantly modifying and working with my limitations while trying to get my health in full force.
With that being said, I have been adamant about making progress in my strength and this program has been a wonderful tool.
If you're curious about the program, watch below for the nitty gritty. To sum it up it's a great 12 week program that consists of high intensity interval training. Overall I loved it, but don't personally recommend the diet and would suggest working out with a trainer beforehand.
I'm excited to continue my health and fitness journey and take you all along for the ride. My next goal: learn to lift heavy.
