Q: I am vegan/gluten-free/paleo etc. Can you write a plan for me?

A: Definitely! My expertise is in customizing. My clients all have different diet requirements (and I am gluten-free and dairy-free).

Q: How many months do I need to sign up for?

A: One month minimum, but I find 3-6 months is the key to building lasting habits and getting the most badass results!

Q: Pricing for individual vs family?

A: I offer a discount for family and couples plans, which I highly recommend for mutual support and success.

Q: Can I still eat cake?

A: You sure can! I'm all about incorporating the foods you love into your plan while still getting you the best results possible.

Q: What do I get as a meal plan?

A: A 7 day meal plan with recipes, a grocery list, as well as a copy of my recipe book, the Guiltless Gourmet. Customized binders are available upon request for an extra cost.

Q: Do I need to do both training and food?

A: No, but both are recommended for ultimate results.

Q: Are you a nutritionist?

A: No, I am a health coach who has studied various diet programs for the past 10 years with the same approach I used when I was producing for the Discovery Channel: RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH, followed by self-experimenting and trial and error. I am also completing my certification with Precision Nutrition this year.

Q: Are you a certified trainer?

A: Yes, I am a NASM certified personal trainer as well as CPR certified.

Q: Where will we train?

A: Either at your home gym if you have one, at CVAC, or an outdoor location. I am working on finding a studio space - stay tuned!

Q: Do I need to be a gym member?

A: You can pay an extra fee to train as a non-member at CVAC. 

Q: Are your plans only for weight loss?

A: No! I can also help clients gain muscle as well as simply focus on overall health and wellbeing.
