2020 is off to a great start!

Last year we had our Captain and Stoker Pop-Up, AIM Mental Health March, a self love workshop at Flawless Beauty, several events for Mental Health Week, Clothing Swap and Drive, and volunteering at Dorothy’s Kitchen for the holidays. This year we are off to a great start with a goal setting workshop at Earthbound Farms. What’s next? Stay tuned! In the meantime we have an exciting new program to share!

BABE GAINS RESET FEBRUARY 17-MARCH 13

To lead up to my Babe Gains Ebook coming out this Spring/Summer (my most comprehensive guide to building a badass body and mind) I am launching the Babe Gains Reset program in February to get you started. What will you get?

WHAT TO EXPECT:

The entire program will be virtual and can be done from anywhere in your own time. You will receive a daily email Monday-Friday of every week with instructions for the day, and a private Facebook support group where you can ask questions and share triumphs. There will be workout options provided in week two for those who want to workout in the gym or at home.

Week one: We will breakdown your “why”, your fears and your blocks.

Week Two: We will pull the weeds, get rid of excuses and is no longer serving you, and then decide on a new routine. You will be provided tools to choose your own diet and workout program that is realistic for you.

Week Three: We will put new habits into a sustainable routine and create a supportive atmosphere for this. We will also discuss setting boundaries and what we say yes and no to.

Week Four: We will do more work in releasing what no longer serves us and set goals that set us up for success moving forward.
