After spending half of my life struggling with Night Eating Syndrome it’s an honor to now offer support for others. I teach all of the tools I have learned, along with my health coaching skills, to help you find freedom.

I offer a 3 month program to support you in your healing journey. This includes a custom plan, 3 private coaching calls, email support and NES Community support.

The program is $520 USD a month and you also have the option to pay $260 USD every two weeks.

Consultations are 30 minutes long and $50. Payment must be completed before session by paid invoice. If you decide to continue coaching together this fee will go towards your coaching.

9 years ago I started nighttime eating. And for 9 straight years, every single night... I got out of bed and ate something. I thought I was alone, and I was ashamed. I found Gillian one night on Instagram. I reached out, and immediately said “YES” I want the help. One week down, and I’ve had 2 nights back to back nighttime eating free. I am beyond grateful. Gillian was instrumental in helping me overcome night eating. After listening to several of her podcasts, I knew that I wanted her help. I’ve been an endurance athlete for most of my life; as a result I’ve dealt with sleep issues, hormone imbalances, and nighttime eating. For years I’ve felt hopeless and self conscious, and I couldn’t imagine a life free of nighttime eating. In searching for answers, I happened upon Gillian’s content (books, podcasts, etc)- hearing all of the similarities between our issues and lives (and name!), finding her almost felt like fate. After I made my way through it all of her content, I decided to reach out to Gillian for more help. I worked with Gillian on dietary, exercise, and mindset changes over the course of 4 months. By the end of that period, I had had entirely overcome my sleep issues and nighttime eating. Unless you’ve dealt with similar issues, I don’t think you can understand how detrimental nighttime eating can be on many aspects of your life; I can say with 100% honesty that life is infinitely better after having worked Gillian and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m so thankful for (and forever indebted to) Gillian. And I just adore her!
